EXCHANGE, REFUND & REPAIR POLICY


At Panchali India, every piece is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans. Minor variations in finish, texture, or detailing are natural to handcrafted jewellery and are part of its unique character.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. Exchanges or credit notes are offered only under specific circumstances outlined below.



Exchange Eligibility

Panchali India accepts exchange requests only if:
• The product received is different from the item ordered
• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The product has missing components
• There are manufacturing or quality issues

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.



Important Notes
• Customized and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange
• Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange
• Promotional offers cannot be applied to exchange orders or credit notes
• Products purchased from third-party platforms or physical retail stores are not eligible
• Panchali India reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange or repair request after internal evaluation



Exchange Policy Details
• Exchanges are offered only in the form of product replacement or store credit; refunds are not provided
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Each order is eligible for one exchange only
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging
• Items that show signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted for exchange
• Exchange processing may take 15–20 days, including pickup, quality inspection, and re-dispatch
• Exchange orders are processed at original product value; discounts or promotions do not apply



Exchange Charges
• A ₹500 pickup and re-shipping fee (PAN India) applies to exchanges due to size, weight, or quality preferences
• No exchange fee is charged in cases of damaged products, incorrect items, or missing parts

International orders are not eligible for exchange.

If a credit note is issued, only the product value will be credited. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Credit notes are redeemable exclusively on the Panchali India website.



Lost Shipments

In the event of a lost shipment, a replacement or credit note will be issued after confirmation from the courier partner.

If the order status shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to allow timely investigation.



Repair Policy – India

If your Panchali India jewellery is accidentally damaged, we offer repair assistance subject to design feasibility.
• Panchali India offers a 1-month repair warranty from the date of delivery
• Repairs within this period are complimentary; a ₹500 pickup and re-shipping fee applies
• Repair requests raised after 1 month will incur repair charges (as per assessment) in addition to the ₹500 logistics fee
• Repair requests can be raised up to 6 months from delivery

Repair charges, if applicable, will be communicated after reviewing images or videos shared by the customer.

Please note: Repairs are subject to the design structure and material of the jewellery. Our team will confirm repair feasibility before proceeding.



Steps for Exchange & Repair

For Exchange:
• Initiate a request within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team
• Once approved, the product must be returned in original condition and packaging

For Repair:
• Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear images of the damage

All reverse pickup, shipping, and re-shipping charges are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. The exchanged or repaired product will be dispatched only after successful quality inspection.



Not Eligible for Exchange or Repair

The following are not eligible for exchange or credit:
• Pre-orders and customized pieces
• Sale and promotional items
• Used or worn jewellery
• Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to screen display or handcrafted nature
• Delays caused by natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances

Custom duties and international shipping charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
