Panchali India ships to multiple destinations across India and internationally, ensuring safe and reliable delivery of every order. We work with trusted national and international courier partners to ensure safety and security.
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be levied by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be borne by the recipient. Panchali India does not control or take responsibility for these additional charges.

2. Shipping Within India
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India
• A shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
• COD is available on orders between ₹1,000 and ₹9,999
• All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST

3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Each Panchali India piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, often made to order.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed
• Our team may contact you to confirm order details if required
• Manufacturing timelines range between 7 to 30 days, depending on design complexity and demand
• Once dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 2–5 business days
Customized orders may require additional time and are subject to a ₹500 customization fees apart from the customisation cost incurred to manufacture each product. Please note that customized pieces are not eligible for exchange. For further clarity, please refer to our Exchange & Repair Policy.

4. Delivery Schedule
Our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Requests for address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate contact details, including your phone number and email address.

While we actively assist with tracking, Panchali India is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural events, customs clearance, or courier partner delays.
