For orders above ₹10,000, a partial Cash on Delivery (COD) policy applies:
• 15% of the order value must be paid upfront
• The remaining 85% is payable at the time of delivery
• The upfront amount becomes non-refundable once the order is dispatched

7. Packaging

Packaging is provided as per order quantity. Customers may request additional packaging boxes subject to availability.
• Additional box charges:
• ₹400 per jewellery box
• Once requested and paid for, extra packaging orders cannot be modified or cancelled
• Charges are non-refundable unless Panchali India is unable to fulfil the request

Online payments are recommended for faster order processing. Cash on Delivery is available only for select pin codes.

• COD is available only for orders between ₹1,000 and ₹9,999
• Orders below ₹1,000 or above ₹9,999 must be prepaid
